Description

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs and demands
• File legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain case files and other legal documents
• Summarize medical treatment histories and compile them into demands to insurance companies
• Assist with litigation by organizing exhibits, witnesses, and other materials
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and answering phone calls

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
• Proven experience working as a Litigation Paralegal in a personal injury practice
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
• Familiarity with document management systems for organizing and retrieving files
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
