Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparing legal documents
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents
• Gather relevant information for cases
• Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
• Answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette
• File documents with the court or other relevant agencies
• Assist with data entry tasks as needed
• Utilize document management systems to store and retrieve files

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role in a personal injury law firm
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of document management systems is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
