- Drives decision and actions, respectfully challenging or inspiring leaders and initiative owners to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Monitors progress towards key milestones and goals, reporting on progress to the CTO and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential roadblocks or issues that could impede progress; works with stakeholders to address them timeline and escalate as appropriate.
- Challenges the organization to identify why problems and roadblocks occur to identify root cause issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the transformation team and the internal functions/ departments; prepare for, develop agendas, and manage meetings to ensure effective communication channels are in place.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Description & Requirements
The Project Director- Transformation and Strategy will be the Maximus Forward liaison between the transformation team and internal departments, ensuring alignment towards common objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates the efforts of the transformation team and the internal functions/ departments to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.

Pay TransparencyMaximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.Annual Base Pay Minimum for this Position
