Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

This is a key role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
  • Utilize project management software (such as jobber, buildertrend) to track project milestones and deliverables
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, and regulations
