Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restoration Manager to join our team. As a Restoration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects from start to finish. This is a crucial role that requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the restoration process.

Duties:

Develop and implement project schedules
Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
Collaborate with construction estimators to prepare accurate bids using xactimate or similar software
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the restoration project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
Utilize software for project coordination and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
Proven experience in restoration management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and construction management principles
Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera
Familiarity with xactimate or similar software for construction estimating
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
