Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Duties:

Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
Lead project kickoff meetings and regular status meetings
Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues
Implement effective change management processes
Conduct root cause analysis for any project deviations or failures
Utilize project management tools such as Redmine, VersionOne, or similar software
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements using lean or Kanban methodologies
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
Manage IT infrastructure projects related to network upgrades or system implementations Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fastpaced environment
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
Proficient in using project management software and tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
