    Job Description:

    Role Summary/Purpose:

    Synchrony is building a top-notch Performance Media and Creative Agency dedicated to producing results with our retail and payments partners, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The Paid Media Team within this agency focuses on leveraging data to create impactful interactions with current and potential customers. We are in need of a Paid Search Analyst to act as an SEM strategist and analyst, working closely with business partners across the organization. This role involves managing and optimizing campaigns for our partners, in collaboration with analytics and operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid search campaigns.
    • Collaborate with business teams on campaign planning and performance reviews.
    • Lead keyword research, ad copy development, bid strategy, and budget management.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments based on KPIs.
    • Conduct ongoing tests to enhance campaign performance and share findings.
    • Onboard new client campaigns and transition existing ones.
    • Stay updated on paid search technical aspects and platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
    • Work closely with analytics and other teams on measurement, tagging, and reporting.
    • Collaborate on SEM/SEO strategy and performance reports with different teams.
    • Handle special projects and other duties as needed.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing.
    • Minimum of 2 years managing paid search campaigns.
    • Expertise in keyword research, ad copy writing, bid strategy, and Google/Bing Ads platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PPT.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Experience with B2C/B2B campaigns, financial industry experience a plus.
    • Knowledge of paid media tagging strategy and workflow.
    • Strong teamwork and flexibility in dynamic environments.
    • Proven problem-solving ability and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Preference for candidates with agency experience.

    Grade/Level: 09

    This position offers a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance.

    Compensation is determined by experience, skills, and market rates.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
