    **JOB OVERVIEW

    Our company currently has a temporary opening for an IT Service Desk Team for our IT Group at our headquarters location downtown Los Angeles, CA.

    The IT Support Analyst will be required to come into the office full time starting at 6:30am with every other Friday off
    We're looking for someone who has experience working on an Automatic Dialing System & System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), can work on tasks related to troubleshooting, ordering Yubi Keys, Docking Station setup, and knowledge on ServiceNow

    This person will demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills and can work in a team environment.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency and 2years of relevant experience; or an associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field experience.

    Intermediate knowledge – MSOffice (Windows 10 & Team), ServiceNow, Tanium, SCCM, Adobe and Active Directory .
    Demonstrates a positive attitude, customer service skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
