Description

Responsiblties Participate in daily intake & scrum calls. Maintain assignments on sprint board. Content authoring in CMS systems. Support daily regression testing of customizations. Testing in QA and Production environments. Production Support & Troubleshooting. Gather business requirements to support customization tools. Maintain process documentation.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years as business analyst or digital product experience. Minimum of 1 year experience configuring & testing customizations on digital applications. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Content Author in Contentful. Minimum of 1 year experience using Airtable as a homegrown Content Management System. Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Experience generating process documentation and reports.
