Responsiblties Analysis in Information Systems and apply this to the development and have the ability to help stakeholders. Lead customer relationships and expectations using an informative communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.

Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.

Identify create and facilitate process design changes that include conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.

Participate in QA and focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid including developing process improvements.

Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation. Working closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. Clearly document business and systems requirements and assess business process and system inefficiencies. Develop and execute test plans and support system conversions upgrades and enhancements.
