Your future responsibilities

  • Conducting ticket inspections
  • Enforcing the payment of increased fares according to the general terms and conditions of the customer, if the customer is willing to pay
  • Monitoring and enforcing the general terms and conditions / railway operating regulations
  • Providing active customer service by giving information about traffic conditions, fares, and locations, as well as providing assistance in emergencies (first aid)
  • Security and order services
  • Surveillance

Your profile

  • Minimum B1 level in speaking and writing
  • Customer and serviceoriented thinking and acting
  • Previous experience with customers is an advantage, but we also welcome newcomers (m/f/d)
  • Proof of expertise according to § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act (can be obtained later)
  • Public transport training (can be obtained later)
  • Tariff knowledge training (can be obtained later)
