Purpose of Job: Lead the definition, delivery, and reporting requirements (including SOX) for Group and Business GRC requirements for the STRIVE program. Establish and maintain proper project governance.
Lead the development of risk mitigation actions and regularly review program risks. Coordinate assurance activities in collaboration with the Security and Information (SI) team and maintain a risk register and reporting.
Support the PMO in project controlling matters.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities:
Support the collection of access control requirements and establish a user role concept under the guidance of the Information Management (IM) team and stream leads.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure integration aligns with internal policies, procedures, and standards, such as password requirements and the least privilege principle.
Lead the identification, delivery, and reporting requirements for Group and Business GRC for the STRIVE program.
Lead and support the development and implementation of controls, policies, and procedures to secure program deliverables and priorities.
Provide governance oversight and facilitate activities to support governance processes within and outside the STRIVE program, such as compliance confirmations and assurance support.
Drive and ensure integrated compliance and governance support to enable the program and achieve program objectives, while also promoting continuous improvement.
