Blacklane is currently seeking an exceptional Global Chauffeur Onboarding Team Lead to oversee the onboarding and vetting process for luxury ground transportation providers and their vehicles worldwide in Calumet, IA.

As the Global Onboarding Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 individuals who handle prospecting, acquisition, onboarding, and compliance for Blacklane's supply.

You will work closely with area managers to prioritize tasks, coordinate projects between departments, and drive the growth of Blacklane's supply base.
