    We are looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Specialist, Partner Operations to join our team You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless order fulfillment processes, accurate delivery, and encouraging continuous improvement initiatives within our organization.

    Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating partner order fulfillment operations, owning fulfillment KPIs and metrics, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.

    Coordinate and lead all aspects of the end-to-end partner order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered on timeCollaborate closely with internal teams, including order management, logistics, and partner success to facilitate smooth order processing and deliveryCommunicate optimally with Partner Success and as needed, partners, to address any order-related inquiries, concerns, or discrepancies, and ensure their happiness with our servicesMaintain comprehensive metrics and reporting to track key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to order fulfillment and delivery accuracyGenerate regular reports to provide insights into operational performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvementProactively identify opportunities for streamlining workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing the quality of service delivery.
