- You will travel to customer sites and showcase your expertise in technical repair and installation for Roche assigned product lines.
- You will offer valuable service to laboratory customers in your assigned territory.
- You will provide routine technical support, on-site service, repair, and installation of Roche products.
- You will serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
- You will document all activities, contribute to quality improvement, and focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking is necessary, OR a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, plus 1-2 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing complex mechanical, or system hardware and software, or networking, or wireless networking.
- Successful completion of training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel, is a requirement for this role.
- 8+ years of progressive experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4+ years of progressive experience
- Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology
- Ability to serve as an internal technical resource that can train and mentor other FES in the region.
- Provide support after hours and on weekends and holidays as required
- Possess strong customer service skills to ensure positive customer relationships

This is a field based role - the territory is part of the Midwest Region and will provide primary support for Springfield, MO and surrounding areas.
This position has up to 50% travel requirements. Some overnight, weekend, holiday and on-call working hours are required.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Phoenix is $66 - $123k. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
