What you will do with us:

  • Ensure the availability of IT services for users
  • Set up and maintain user profiles and group policies in Active Directory
  • Support systems and applications operated in Office 365 environments
  • Work in the administration of client/server environments based on MS Windows and manage the network
  • Actively participate in 2nd level support via remote tools
  • Additionally, you will contribute to projects aimed at optimizing processes and workflows

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed training in the IT field or have acquired comparable practical knowledge in the IT environment
  • You have good knowledge of server and client operating systems (e.g. Windows or Linux
