We are currently seeking diligent and motivated Supervisors (m/f/d) for hotel cleaning at Tropical Island.

Your responsibilities:


  • Taking over and handing over all important information
  • Receiving guest complaints and forwarding them to the site management.
  • If possible, handling complaints independently
  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and their bathrooms
  • Maintaining and repairing work materials and equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaner)
  • Laundry care: washing, ironing, and folding of inhouse laundry
  • Washing and caring for guest laundry
  • Caring for cut flowers and potted plants
  • Assisting hotel guests and fulfilling special requests (e.g. extra pillows)
  • Instructing hotel apprentices in hotel cleaning
  • Constant exchange of information with the housekeeper and reception

Job requirements:


  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good and professional demeanor
  • Neat appearance
  • Polite and friendly attitude
  • Willingness to work and flexibility
  • Sense of cleanliness and order
  • Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of hotel cleaning and the workplace
