Job DescriptionSummary:
The operations manager leads, motivates, and supports a large production division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development.
Primary Responsibilities:

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations.
Minimum 3 years management experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Formal Education/Training:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Current industry certifications strongly preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This is a management position routinely working in an office environment; however, field visits and field management will require jobsite activities.
Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
