Title: Billing Clerk
Location: Baltimore, MD 21231
Pay Rate: $20.85/hr.
Shift Schedule: M – F 40hrs.
Contract Type: 1 year
Summary:
Enter invoices into the Deltek Costpoint financial platform -- keying the invoices, coding them to correct individual projects and accounts, confirming the corresponding Purchase Order/Contract has sufficient available balance and communication to Project Managers should a Change Order be required to process.
Key Duties:
· Investigate, remedy, and respond to A/P-related inquiries from vendors as well as internal Project Managers
· Track, report, and remedy unenterable invoices (i.e., invoices received without proper contract documentation set up in the Financial System)
· Coordinate with Contract Management on remediation of unenterable invoices.
· Aid preparation of month-end journal entries.
