Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level remote support to our global branches and dealers for projects and troubleshooting as the main point of contact
  • Assist in the improvement and development of our products
  • Independently handle service requests and qualify, document, and prioritize error reports
  • Install and configure necessary client-server software components remotely
  • Document reported issues and requests in our ticket system
  • Support our departments and act as an interface between departments
  • Train our partners and branches remotely and in Heidelberg
Profile
  • Successfully completed vocational training or bachelor's degree with a focus on IT (entry-level possible)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • First professional experience in the field of information technology, e.g. in 2nd level IT support, as a system administrator, or in IT service is desirable
