Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include:

Responsibility for the entire financial accounting
Control and participation in all procedures and booking processes within the scope of financial and accounting (balance sheet security)
Liquidity planning / cash management
Preparation of monthly sales tax returns as well as necessary reports within the framework of European goods and services traffic (ZM reports)
Ongoing account reconciliations (general ledger accounts, debtors and creditors)
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including notes and management report
Creation of annual plans with target/actual comparisons and other business evaluations
Reporting to management / provision of operational key figures
Preparation of annual tax returns in cooperation with the tax advisor
Contact person and reporter for banks, auditors, tax advisors and shareholders
Accompaniment of audits / tax audits etc.
Participation, adaptation and monitoring of the necessary contract management within the framework of accounting
Cost accounting / development of profit center accounting as well as all tasks associated with these activities.

Requirements and qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or business studies
A qualified further education as a certified accountant (m/f/d) would be desirable
Very good knowledge of DATEV and confident handling of MS Office
Teamwork and confident appearance
