- Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.
- Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams on delivering key results.
- Define long term technical roadmap for the team.
- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years managing or techleading a software engineering team.
- 5+ years of large scale backend system development experience.
- Strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading initiatives to automate tasks and improve efficiency and quality is preferred.
- Experience in cost management and optimization, supported by a record of datadriven decisionmaking and process improvement is preferred.

The Open Platform team opens all the internal capabilities as OpenAPI for all kinds of external Partners (ISV/TSP/MCN) to use.
