    Description

    Summary of Duties:
    Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
    Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities, maximizing return on investment
    Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    Aid in negotiation of contracts and contractual changes
    Coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
    Coordinate meetings with customers, subcontractors, and employees
    Oversee multiple projects
    Develops new business and expand product line.
    Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules
    Develops solutions to program problems
    Directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
    Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
    Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
    Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university

    Abilities, Knowledge, Skills:
    High level of verbal and written communication skills.
    Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
    Confer with management to maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress
    Coordinating activities and meetings
    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interface with individuals at all levels within the company, suppliers and customers.
    Resolving problems, prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
    Strong Management/Leadership skills that inspire team confidence and motivate team members in a creative and effective manner


    DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
    Critical analytical and data driven decision making skills
    Solid understanding of financial practices and project management
    Ability to think strategically regarding business issues
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Self-starter with a can-do attitude
