District Manager (m/f/d) in the lawn service department.

Target group:

This job posting is aimed at applicants who have a degree as a master gardener or technician with a specialization in gardening and landscaping.

Several years of professional experience is desirable.


Your tasks:


  • Personnel deployment of lawn care teams
  • Ensuring quality in lawn care for customers and citizens
  • Planning and managing lawn care work schedules
  • All tasks related to personnel deployment (AES, SAP, vacation, sick leave)
  • Coordination of work processes with districts
  • Procurement of equipment, machinery, and consumables
  • Monitoring subcontractors in the context of lawn care

We are looking for an open-minded, strong leader with above-average commitment, who has a high level of responsibility and social competence.

Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and willingness to continue education are also necessary to fulfill the tasks.

The demanding tasks require in-depth knowledge of gardening and landscaping.

The future job holder must possess the necessary sensitivity in dealing with employees in the industrial sector, and the ability to strengthen the "team spirit" within the district team through appropriate motivation and information regarding common goals and achievements.

Possession of a class B driver's license is desirable, as well as the willingness to use
