YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for one of our company departments with approximately 180 employees and advise our managers on key personnel-related issues.

In particular, you will review and handle labor and industrial relations law issues and support our managers in their leadership role.

As a specialist, you will provide advice on international assignments and handle their labor and social security law framework after your training.

You will be supported by our specialist department within the group. Building a trusting and constructive relationship with the works council is an important part of your role.

You will act as a liaison for our experts in payroll, recruiting, and our VINCI Energies Academy for your department.

Additionally, you can contribute your ideas and creativity to various HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

From day one, you will take on responsibility and learn about the daily HR operations from A to Z. You will be supported by a dedicated team that values teamwork and the right mindset over formal qualifications.

A commercial education or degree with a focus on HR would be beneficial, but any missing qualifications can be learned on the job and through various training opportunities.

In addition to excellent German skills, you should also have very good English language skills and the motivation to use them in your daily work.
