    Description

    As an Area Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, fully occupied, and profitable.

    You will have 7 + Direct reports of other Property Managers in the area Client Details

    Our client is an Owner Operated Property Manager that focuses on properties in the tri-country area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County).

    They have a growing portfolio of properties in the area.

    Managing tenant relations:
    Leasing and marketing: Advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.

    Property maintenance:
    Coordinating regular maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring that the properties are well-kept.

    Budgeting and financial management:
    Developing and managing property budgets, collecting rent, and maintaining accurate financial records.

    Compliance:
    Ensuring that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
    Providing regular reports to property owners or management on the performance of the properties.
    Oversee 7+ other property managers and responsible for their annual reviews
    The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property management (10 + years)
    Experience managing at least 5 direct reports in property management
    In-depth lease up experience with apartment buildings
    A deep understanding of the Florida real estate market and regulations is highly desirable.
