- Monday -- Friday 9:00 am -- 5:30 pm with occasional evening meetings
- Work with Boards of Directors from multiple properties
- Conduct site visits to assess property conditions and oversee vendor work
- Prepare for and attend monthly Board Meetings
- Collaborate with back-office staff for financial reports, application processing, ARC review, and owner interactions
- Develop property maintenance plans and coordinate with vendors and maintenance personnel
- Provide client assistance via phone and email
- Have a minimum of 2 years of successful portfolio management experience
- Be willing to work occasional evenings for meetings
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate effective communication with Board of Directors
- Reside in Broward County
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Effectively manage competing priorities and workload
- Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and internet
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and open to feedback
- Proactive in identifying process improvements
- Effective communication and typing abilities
- High school diploma (college preferred)
- Valid CAM license
- Stable work history
- Background in customer service and operations
- Flexible work schedule availability
- Proficiency in English language
- $55,000 salary plus quarterly performance incentives
