We are looking for you in full-time and permanent position to support our restaurants in the Baden-Württemberg area as a

People Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

The following exciting tasks await you:

You are responsible for creating and maintaining employee master data
You support restaurant management in recruiting crew members (nonmanagement employees)
You handle administrative entries and exits and ensure that all necessary documents (including work and residence permits) are available
You create contracts and relevant documents for employment
You are the contact person for your colleagues for all personnelrelated questions
You monitor vacation and absences in our digital time tracking system and ensure reporting and certification for your region
You work closely with restaurant management in your region as well as the entire People and Payroll team
