We are currently seeking a
Psychologist (m/f/d) to join our
Therapeutic Residential Group in Emmett, ID. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with no fixed end date.

Your Responsibilities
Our therapeutic residential group provides a safe and supportive environment for seven young individuals with complex needs. Our team consists of educators, psychologists, and student night staff.

Our program is designed for young people who have developed behavioral issues, fears, and insecurities due to traumatic experiences. In our residential group, we offer a secure place, reliable relationships, and a structured daily routine.

Our house combines the opportunity to live in individual living spaces with the chance to experience and grow in a community.

Together with your colleagues, you will support the young individuals in stabilizing themselves, advancing their development, and improving their overall well-being.

You will provide support and guidance to the educational staff on psychological matters.

You will also be involved in the intake process and the ongoing development of the young individuals, and offer therapeutic services such as individual psychological sessions.

What We Are Looking For

You have previous professional experience in child and youth services.
You are pursuing or have completed a psychotherapeutic training, or have a therapeutic additional qualification.
You have knowledge in the field of psychotraumatology and trauma pedagogy.
You have experience working with (traumabased) behavioral issues in complexly burdened young individuals.
