Your responsibilities include:


  • You are the direct contact for our customers regarding technical questions whether it's explaining the functions of our various monitoring apps or troubleshooting common issues
  • You advise and support our sales and project management team on questions related to the functionality and operation of our products
  • You receive and handle reports of malfunctions and work together with renowned manufacturers to resolve them
  • You assist our team in setting up and commissioning largescale and commercial systems, acting as a liaison between technicians and customers
  • You document your assignments and build a knowledge database

Your profile:


  • Completed electrical engineering training or a comparable vocational education
  • Ideally, knowledge in the field of photovoltaic system technology
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Basic knowledge of network technology
  • Structured, independent, and responsible work ethic
  • Enjoy working with people and onsite not just an office job
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a valid driver's license (Class B)
