    Full-time/part-time Mental Health Counselor Wanted - Private Practice


    We are an established private practice dedicated to delivering personalized mental health care and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

    Our team of licensed therapists is committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy services to clients seeking support.

    We offer a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists who join our team.


    Job Type:
    Part-time position available with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.


    Job Setting:
    Our private practice offers a comfortable and confidential environment for both clients and therapists. You will primarily work in-office, collaborating with a supportive team and enjoying the benefits of a private practice setting.


    What You'll Do:
    Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
    Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
    Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
    Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
    Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.


    How to Qualify:


    Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

    Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
    Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
    Show empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
    Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload and administrative tasks effectively.


    Compensation and Benefits:
    Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on caseload and experience.
