    Summary:

    Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services.

    Responsibilities:

    Develops and maintains daily activity schedules.Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families.Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting.Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families.Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.Provides community outreach and engagement as needed.
