    Responsibilities:

    • Successfully complete a thorough trainee program
    • Build strong relationships with leadership and frontline employees
    • Take on a leadership role in the assigned territory
    • Learn essential GM skills
    • Obtain required certification

    GM Responsibilities:

    • Lead sales and distribution in a regional center
    • Maximize revenue in the designated area
    • Coach sales professionals on selling and merchandising standards
    • Establish partnerships with customers
    • Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand performance
    • Manage P&L effectively

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Expected salary range: $85,200 - $142,650
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Comprehensive benefits package
    • Paid time off and parental leave

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
    • Experience in consumer packaged goods preferred
    • 5+ years of leadership experience
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Financial acumen and analytical abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
    • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
