    Description

    Retail Service Specialist

    We are seeking an individual who thrives in a sales and service setting, adept at cross-selling and upselling products. An exciting opportunity within our branch network, perfect for those keen on working alongside AAA members in a collaborative environment.

    Our branch operates Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, and Saturday, 9am - 3pm.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide DMV vehicle license, registration, and notary services
    • Welcome all members and customers, assess their needs, and deliver Legendary Service
    • Achieve sales and service targets for multiple AAA products and services
    • Prepare and provide TripTik travel routings, road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials
    • Assist with hotel and car rental reservations, and offer travel destination information
    • Issue passport photos
    • Handle payments, offer accurate change and receipts, and manage cash drawer
    • Perform additional assigned duties


    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid notary license
    • Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales setting
    • Demonstrated ability to surpass sales or service quality goals
    • Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office basics
    • Capacity to travel locally as needed
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Completion of pre-employment assessments, background check, and drug screening
