    OVERVIEW OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ROLE:

    • Customer Service Specialist manages customer queue of inquires efficiently
    • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
    • Customer Service Specialist documents customer conversations in CRM system: Salesforce
    • Manage shared email inbox on a daily basis
    • Vendor/Event Management
    • General Admin Tasks as needed

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:

    • Phone, Email, and Chat Customer Service experience (preferred)
    • Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum
    • Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    • The Customer Service Specialist needs experience with Salesforce CRM
    • Experience handling miscellaneous admin and data entry tasks
