- Contribute to the strategic plan for department services, include short-term and long-term objectives.

Description
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overall delivery of physical and occupational therapy services, the coordination, monitoring and development of Physical and Occupational Therapy Staff as well as oversight of key department functions including research, education, equipment evaluation, care guidelines, quality improvement and clinical practice of PT and OT staff.
Maintain oversight of department finances, supply chain, productivity measurement, quality and regulatory compliance.This position works closely with the Division and Center leadership team to provide expertise in all areas of rehabilitation services.
Additionally, the incumbent will participate in the planning and implementation of department initiatives and goals, lead councils and provide oversight of financial and patient outcomes.
Minimum EducationMaster's - MS, PT - MTP, DPT or MOT, MSOT, OTD Required
Minimum Work Experience
5 years .- in an acute care setting with 3 of those 5 years in pediatrics. Required
3 years - supervisory/management experience- Preferred
Licensure Required
