Position Summary:
Therapy
program managers work within
partnered
facilities,
such as assisted livings, etc.,
supervising
and managing the effectiveness of
PC
T
G programming and staff within
. They oversee personnel and resource management, as well as
adherence to
facility and Bedrock/
PC
T
G
policies
.
R
esponsible for the coordination and efficient operation of
PC
T
G within ecosystem and partnerships, as well as
organize and direct the services provided by
Patient Care
Therapy
Group
, and to oversee the personnel working under them.
Oversee
all personnel issues within
PC
T
G
,
include
hiring new employees and evaluating current ones.
C
reate and implement policies, make work schedules, delegate assignments, manage training endeavors and
generally supervise
the efforts
and productivity
of all staff members to ensure competence and effective use of resources.
C
oordinate
s
with
directors
and department
leads
in
within ecosystem.
Essential Functions:
Lead/manage the implementation and success of new and established
PC
T
G
and Bedrock Healthcare
At
Home
partnerships
and programming.
Develop and implement successful strategies
regarding
labor, regional growth, revenue growth, expense control, and quality of care
services.
Determine
therapy staffing needs within territories and work with RDO & VP of HR for approval of new hires.
Schedule, coordinate, and perform all
new staff
/program rollouts at new ALFs.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals within
ecosystem
to ensure patient needs are being met.
Monitor staff performance to ensure that they are providing quality care to patients.
Provide leadership to healthcare team through effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Manage inventory of medical equipment and supplies to ensure proper operation of equipment and availability of supplies for patients.
Maintains in-depth knowledge and understanding of
Bedrock Healthcare
At
Home ecosystem.
Maintains quality care practices and upholds standards of care management practice.
Continue to support the vision,
evolution
and growth of
PC
T
G
and
Bedrock Healthcare
At
Home
programs and employees throughout the division
.
Review budgets to
determine
the most efficient use of resources.
Partner with colleagues to create
appropriate decision
support tools, dashboards, and reports to guide operational improvements.
Develop relationships with community organizations and
interdisciplinary
team
to promote healthy lifestyles among patients.
