We are looking for a Payroll Specialist in Riverside. This position is fully onsite in Riverside. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience processing at 350+ employees.

Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle payroll for 350employees

Process checks accurately and establish payroll procedures

Prepare journal entries relating to payroll

Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts monthly

Prepare garnishments

Review and reconcile reports regarding benefit deductions and 401k

Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education

Prior experience using SucessFactors and SAP R3 highly preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills

Pay Details:
$28.00 to $33.00 per hour
