Pomona Job Profile:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks in payroll and salary administration for a defined area of responsibility, while adhering to legal, collective bargaining, tax, social security, and company regulations.

You will independently carry out payroll processing for different working hours, work models, and compensation methods.

This includes calculating allowances and surcharges, as well as reviewing and accurately processing compensation payments, subsidies, benefits in kind, garnishments, and severance payments.

You will also record various tasks from time management for a defined area of responsibility, while adhering to legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations.

You will process error logs from time management and make necessary adjustments.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing error logs from time management specialists in various departments.
You will provide advice and support to managers and employees on payroll and time management matters.

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have in-depth knowledge of income tax, social security, and collective bargaining law.

You have several years of professional experience.
Ideally, you have experience with SAP HCM, Workday, or other HR systems.
Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills are required.
