    Juva Skin and Laser is seeking a goal-oriented, experienced, and professional Marketing Specialist with a strong work ethic to become a part of our growing team

    The Marketing Specialist will assist with executing local and corporate marketing initiatives at the practice level. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for referral source management and engagement for both medical and cosmetic service lines. Experience working in a dermatology, medical spa or plastic surgery practice is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

    Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

    • Review multiple referral sources and determine the best course of action for engagement
    • Manage and track the referral pipeline for multiple locations
    • Develop a creative approach to build relationships with local businesses and medical offices
    • Identify other potential referral sources and develop a plan to market to them
    • Create marketing materials to be deployed across a spectrum of mediums
    • Determine optimal locations to organize and coordinate outreach/marketing events, and then execute
    • Engage with potential referral sources or patients directly via email, phone, other communication modes, and in person events
    • Coordinate with practice medical professionals to connect them with other new or existing referral sources
    • Prepare materials to review and evaluate monthly performance and present to practice manager and corporate management
    • Assist with other daily tasks and projects as deemed necessary by doctor or practice manager

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in marketing, sales, and/or patient facing roles involving relationship management
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with various target demographics and build on those relationships
    • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in calling on other practices, other businesses, and striking up conversations with potential patients at marketing events
    • Strong organizational, sales, computer, and communication skills
    • Strong local knowledge of NYC and the surrounding boroughs
    • Willingness to travel around NYC to meet referring providers at their office and patients at marketing events hosted by the Marketing Specialist
    • Knowledge of the major social media platforms and their functions (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin)
    • Willingness to work events outside of normal business hours as needed

    Compensation range $80-95K
