    Join us as we shape the future of financial well-beingOur firm is looking for a Client Service Associate to support our advisors, our clients and our continued growth.

    This is a critical role in our organization.

    This position is responsible for facilitating and maintaining ongoing client support, answering general inquiries, handling various client matters, researching, and resolving client service issues, and preparing required documents.

    You are going to be tech savvy, an adopter of change and always willing to help. You are naturally curious, love organization and detail work. You have been in the business awhile and understand many, if not all, client situations, even when complex. Because of this, you are proactive and able to help clients and your advisors steer clear of landmines.
    Responsibilities & ActivitiesVerifies that all requests to custodians are received and handled to completionCoordinates, prepares, mails, and processes initial document packagesAnswers phones and assists clients with money movement request (checks, journals, wires, ACH), account transfers, tax documents, and beneficiary updatesManages new document intake, reconciliation, and follow up with clients on missing itemsIs responsible for monitoring custodian account alerts, researching issues and determining a resolution in accordance with the firm's client service guidelinesHandles all non-advisory tasks for the professional advisory teamInputs and maintains accurate client information in all appropriate databases and software applicationsTracks outstanding client transfers and purchases/redemptions of alternative assetsEffectively manages and prioritizes workflow created from CRM action items, phone calls from clients, emails, and additional work not flowing through the central databaseScans and files any paperwork directly generated by personal daily activities and assists the team with scanning/filing when necessaryEnsures that complete cost basis information for client accounts is updated and available with the appropriate custodianOther special projects to support firm-wide process improvement and capabilitiesKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesBachelor's degree preferred1+ years' experience in the financial services industry with a concentration in securities and investment operationsFamiliar with Orion, Eclipse, Schwab and industry-specific CRM platforms preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication skills and a sense of urgencyExcellent customer service and administrative abilitiesCan-do attitude, enthusiastic, and a strong aptitude for learningThe ability to effectively prioritize workloads and complete tasks within well-defined guidelines and time constraints is essentialOrganizational skills and attention to detail are critical given the nature of paperwork, processes, and work, upon which both clients and the advisory dependThis person is an intelligent, analytical thinker with the ability to draw on a range of resources to ensure a high-quality outcome across the position's responsibilitiesUncompromising integrityIntellectual curiosity about technology and awareness of current trendsSuperior initiative and ability to maintain high levels of personal accountabilityCapacity for independence and self-motivation in a high-volume environmentStrong work ethic, deadline-focused, and positive attitudeCollaborative team player who believes in relentless customer satisfaction
