- Strong Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience, preferably in the Education or EdTech industries.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
- Ability to analyze and present a variety of data to provide guidance on optimal opportunities to grow AVID.

WHAT IS THE JOB?
This Field Marketing Manager owns demand generation for the organization, working to build a more rapid growth pipeline. Working closely with field staff, the manager identifies, helps nurture, and converts leads to customers (partner districts). In alignment with the overall customer experience, this individual will also manage and deploy potent content to encourage movement along the adoption journey, ultimately resulting in serving more students. Serves as lead on messaging for this customer acquisition process. Acts as main lead for the CRM system as well as the marketing automation system.

Knowing that not all cities share the same cost of labor, we make offers using a tiered approach based on your geographical location. While the majority reside in Zone 1 or Zone 2 areas, we acknowledge variations, even within counties, ensuring fair compensation for all based on their specific location's cost of labor.
For the Field Marketing Manager position, here is what we will offer:
Zone 1 (e.g. Charleston, WV, Cleveland, OH, Yuma, AZ, Omaha, NE, etc.): $103,659 annually
Zone 2 (e.g. Syracuse, NY, Ann Arbor, MI, Denver, CO, San Diego, CA, etc.): $111,434 annually
Zone 3 (e.g. Washington, D.C., Trenton, NJ, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, etc.): $119,208 annually
Zone 4 (e.g. Bridgeport, CT, New York City, NY, San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, etc.): $132,166 annually
*Allowable Substitutions: Any combination of experience, training or credential certification endorsement that provides the incumbent/applicant with the knowledge, skills, and ability required to perform the work, as determined by the AVID Center. Qualifying work experience, as identified by the Senior Director, Human Resources may substitute for the education requirement.
