    Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Tijuana distribution Center

    Reports to: VP of operations

    Qualifications:


    •Minimum 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager of a Distribution Center or similar.


    •Broad understanding of inventory control systems and processes.


    •Familiarity with pick and pack systems.


    •Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.


    •Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing work environments.


    •Self-motivated with a proven track record of team leadership.


    •Bilingual in English/Spanish.


    •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.


    •The position is on site at Tijuana Baja California, must have visa and ability to cross to US in case training is required.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    •Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring and performance evaluation.


    •Collaborate with internal departments (Validation, Administration, WMS, Production and Inventory Control) to ensure timely completion of required processes.


    •Ensure accuracy of all shipping/receiving documents and maintain data records.


    •Manage and organize the warehouse inventory location system, including the layout and use of space.


    •Ensure real-time accuracy of inventory by location and compliance with audit requirements and operational standards.


    •Coordinate pickup/delivery with suppliers, business partners and transfers between warehouses.


    •Perform cycle counts as necessary and plan for future capacity requirements.


    •Establish and enforce safety policies to ensure a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel.


    •Identify areas of improvement in warehouse processes and develop and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.


    •Ensure that the distribution center complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards regarding workplace safety, product handling, and other relevant areas.


    •Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about inventory management, product distribution, and other warehouse-related operations.
