    Description


    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager with a proven track record in supervisory roles, specifically in assembly, packaging, and fulfillment.

    As the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facility, ensuring timely and accurate assembly, packaging, and shipping of goods.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise and train warehouse staff in assembly, packaging, and fulfillment procedures

    Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity and minimize errors

    Coordinate with other departments to meet production and shipping deadlines

    Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to create a safe work environment

    Manage equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime

    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

    Address any issues or concerns raised by warehouse staff and work to resolve conflicts effectively


    Qualifications:
    Proven supervisory experience in assembly, packaging, and fulfillment operations

    Strong organizational and leadership skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

    Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite


    Working Hours:
    Monday-Friday

    40 hours per week

    6:00am-2:30pm or 6:30am-3:00pm PST

    Compensation:
    $28.00-$34.00 per hour (DOE)
