    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our warehouse facility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
    • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Develop and implement procedures for efficient warehouse operations.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and maintain inventory levels.
    • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
    • Optimize warehouse layout and storage techniques to maximize space utilization.
    • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.
    • Prepare reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, shipment schedules, and productivity metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
    • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Forklift certification (preferred).
    • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (preferred).
