    Position Summary:

    This role will make recommendations and provide insights on development of strategic plan, provide analytical insights to support recommendations, collaborative and performance driven. As the Senior Marketing Specialist, this person is responsible for the creation, execution, management, and optimization of all marketing campaigns and initiatives for our Member base to drive customer engagement, growth, and membership loyalty while leveraging data and analytics to deliver ROI driven performance results and an exceptional user experience. Under limited direction and supervision, this role requires deep understanding of lifecycle and CRM marketing, data analysis, customer segmentation, content generation (paid, earned, owned), performance tracking & reporting, UX/UI, testing and optimization, vendor management, and marketing best practices to maximize all Member touchpoints.

    The Experience You Will Bring

    • Use critical and independent thinking, identifies and recommends opportunities in support of the Credit Union's strategic and marketing goals.
    • Serve as the Member lifecycle marketing subject matter expert, help develop strategic plan and execute all engagement initiatives to drive growth of existing membership base.
    • Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy and contribute to overall marketing strategic planning efforts.
    • Measure, report, and iteratively improve campaign performance; leverage data and insights to drive engagement, conversions, ROI, and other KPIs; translating insights into actionable improvements to metrics and customer experiences.
    • Data mine CRM database to create appropriate segmentation strategies and testing concepts; continuously evolve sophistication, performance, and automation opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal (business lines, analytics, marketing, operations, branches, technology, compliance, leadership) and external (agencies, vendors, contractors, others) stakeholders to execute digital marketing initiatives.
    • Supports a consistent brand image for Orange County's Credit Union.
    • Train, mentor, coach, motivate and support team to ensure success; act as a catalyst to move team forward.
    • Lead by example and foster high performance teams and environment.

    Qualification:

    Experience/ Training/ Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 5+ years relevant work experience in Member and lifecycle marketing.

    Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

    • Knowledge of credit union rules, regulations and policies.
    • Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to speak and hear to give and receive instructions and information to others in person and over the telephone. Other language skills helpful.
    • Must be creative.
    • Must have personal computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft programs.
    • Ability to operate business machines, including ten key, electronic banking equipment, facsimile machine, telephone.
    • Requires good memory, knowledge retention skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and duties effectively. Requires excellent follow-through skills, member relations skills and sound business judgment.
    • Ability to interface in with others in a positive and professional manner.
    • Strong knowledge of social media and the ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing social media environment.

    Base Pay Range:

    The targeted hourly range is $35.00 per hour to $40.00 per hour. Final offer will be determined based on experience, education, training/certifications and specialized skills.
