- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday integrations
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and its modules
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems
- Work closely with business and technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilize Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation to create and manage integrations. Workday Extend knowledge is not required but preferred
- Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to services
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
