You will be working together with engineers from across the globe.
Your Tasks
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to industry leading companies via email, video conferencing, and telephone
Assist our customers with the proper installation of Lauterbach`s tools
Interface between customers and our engineering team at headquarters in Germany
Travel and visit customers within USA, Canada and Mexico
Assist in resolving technical issues at our customers` sites
Conduct technical training, customer seminars and prepare the required documentation
Your Profile
Successful completion of a bachelor`s degree in electronics or a comparable technical qualification is required
Development experience in the area of embedded software, preferably in C/C++
Microcontroller knowledge (ARM, TriCore, PowerPC,...) would be desirable
Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby)
Experience with debug systems is an advantage
You must live in the Detroit area of very close to.

You will be working from home but we require the successful candidate to able to travel to our customers in the Detroit area by car.
