    Malone's Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the business development and implementation of sales strategy in a specified region or geographical area.

    The RSM manages the regional sales pipeline with a focus on closing accounts. The RSM will partner with the assigned Regional Vice President (RVP) to execute their region's growth strategy.     Company Match The Primary Responsibilities:
    Sales generation, development of leads, and business development for an assigned Regional area through networking, cold calling, community involvement, and telemarketingDevelops and publishes strategic sales plans for mid to major market accounts and executes them to generate new revenue sources for MaloneQualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelinesSales planning and relationship building with internal and external customersMeet sales goals and metrics givenCommunicate with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environmentUnderstand and articulate specific competitive landscape informationSuccessfully recruit, hire, onboard, lead and train, and support the BDMs assigned as direct reportsCollaborate and support a healthy work environment while embracing the Malone core values

    The Qualifications:


    Experience with the sales cycle within the staffing industry is requiredSuperior organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work a flexible scheduleAble to travel to meet with customers within the territoryManagement Registry, Inc.
