    Job SummaryAs a Sales Manager, you will provide the support Sales Counselors need to maximize their potential and reach or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

    In this role, you will lead the sales team by solidifying strategies, providing coaching, and offering positive accountability.

    The most rewarding aspect of this role is that you will be developing the sales team by leveraging their strengths and honing their skills to exceed expectations.

    These skills will be used to:

    Contribute to the organization's profitability by recruiting, selecting, training, managing, and developing Sales Counselors that will generate and maximize new home sales in key locations.

    Assist Sales Counselors in generating and maximizing new home sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Manage Sales Counselors' marketing plans and traffic generating activities and suggest strategies for improvement.
    Recruit, interview, and select Sales Counselors with strong potential for success. Provide continued education, oversight, and training to Sales Counselors by conducting weekly effective Sales Practices.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Prior New Home Sales and Management experienceBachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Psychology.
